Our Story

Workout Spot is more than a gym; it's a community. We were founded on the principles that although it takes hard work and consistency to achieve your goals, you should have fun while doing it. Owner Tamar has been a group exercise instructor for 16 years, personal trainer for 10, and dancer all her life. She wishes to share her passion for movement with the community. Our staff members at Workout Spot are actively enriching the lives of our clients and creating a community of likeminded people who love being healthy and strong. Happy Hour Yoga

Stretch, Release, Breathe and enjoy refreshment and camaraderie after a nice class Wednesday 6:30PM-7:30

Sweat n Tone

Burn max calories with this this full body workout  Tuesday 12PM-1


Pilates n Stretch

Find Your Core and work on developing lean muscles and optimal range of motion in your joints Monday 6:30PM-7:30


Twerk Tabata

This Dance class will have you sweating shaking your booty and laughing while learning new moves- Every other Tuesday 7-8 AM

Barre Fit

Core Strengthening, Lean Muscles, Flexibility, and Range of Motion using the barre and floor exercices  Thursday 12PM-1


Pole Fitness

Learn the Art of Pole Dance: Strength, Empowerment, Sensuality and Fun
