Owner Tamar has been a group exercise instructor for 16 years, personal trainer for 10, and dancer all her life. She wishes to share her passion for movement with the community. Our staff members at Workout Spot are actively enriching the lives of our clients and creating a community of likeminded people who love being healthy and strong. Getting you in shape is our goal.
