Our Story
Workout Spot opened it's doors on July 1st, 2019. We were founded on the principles that although it takes hard work and consistency to achieve your goals, you should have fun while doing it. Owner Tamar has been a group exercise instructor for 20 years, personal trainer for 15, and dancer all her life. She wishes to share her passion for movement with the community. Workout Spot is an inviting private space where it is just you and your personal trainer. No one is looking at you or judging you. This allows you to really focus on your body and movement in the space. We also provide private off street parking for those coming from surrounding areas.
